Busy around here the last week and weekend. Thank you everybody for the orders, and for the inquiries. I’ve been working on the websites–both www.GibsonGunleather.com, and www.GibsonProrodeo.com. I’ve been keeping myself busy making leather gear, and slacking big-time on maintaining the blogs and websites.

Several have asked about HOLSTERS. I haven’t stopped making them, but I was looking for the best starting point when I decided to overhaul the websites. For the last several years I’ve turned down most of the folks that wanted belts because I was neck-deep in holsters. For now, I’m focused primarily on belts, and keeping the holsters on the back-burner. I am building holsters, and working on a few new designs, but I’ll be taking some time away from them and trimming my gun list back to a more manageable level.

And, I’m having a blast building the belts.

I’ll cover more of what we’re up to next time. Please keep an eye on the blog and the website. And, as always, thank you for reading!

Very best regards,

Still working on the websites. Mainly concentrating and getting things to the point where everything’s available, and easy to locate. The simpler, the better. Thank you for the e-mails and PM’s with ideas and suggestions. I’ve been taking notes, and implementing things a little at a time.
The Ordering page is still a work in progress–I’ve made some little changes over the past couple of days, but still haven’t quite gotten it where I want it. As always, if you’re having any issues ordering, or have any questions at all, just send me an e-mail and we’ll get it answered for you.
The In-Stock page is one that will change most every day. The goal is to have at least one of every size between 28 and 46 or so on-hand at any given time. Keeping the backlog to an absolute minimum is also at the top of the list.
Right now, if it’s not already in-stock, the wait on a plain belt is one week. If it’s stamped or carved, the wait is closer to 6-weeks. On the plain belts, one-week is about the shortest I can get it. I would like to get the carved/stamped belts down to around 4-weeks and keep it there.
